Once we have discussed what hotels and experiences will fit your dream travel, Danielle will then make the necessary bookings. She will always inform you up front of deposits due, deadlines, cancellations policies, and any other relevant information. Where possible, she will check different sources to ensure the best value for her clients. What do you do? Sit back and get excited for your dream vacation.

After our discovery call, Danielle gets to work! She will craft an itinerary inclusive of the details that make your dream travel, a dream. With attention to the smallest of details, she will find hotels, tours, and experiences using her personal expertise and global partnerships to guide your planning. Together, you and Danielle will come up with the itinerary that perfectly suits your travel preferences.

First, we will have a discovery call, where you will tell Danielle all about your dream travel, your preferred travel style, any special requests, your ideal budget range, and other considerations. Danielle truly loves listening to what you want, which then allows her to curate an itinerary that is perfect for you.

The best part is here! The planning is done, the bookings are made, and you’re off! Before you leave, Danielle will do everything to ensure your travel goes smoothly - she will reconfirm all reservations, ensure any special requests have been made, and add any amenities that you will enjoy.

When possible, she will give you on the ground, in-country contacts to help should any itinerary changes, questions, or emergencies arise. And of course, Danielle will always be available once you arrive to make sure your experience is the best it can be.
